Services

EE Albany Fencing provides fence installation, repair, and related services in Albany, OR and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your project. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Estimates provided are based on information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if conditions differ from what was initially assessed. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project estimate or contract. We typically require a deposit before beginning work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and offer warranties on both labor and materials as specified in your contract. Warranty terms vary depending on the type of fence and materials used. Normal wear and tear, damage from severe weather events, or modifications made by others are not covered under warranty.

Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are separate from our labor warranty. We will assist you with any warranty claims to the best of our ability.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that property lines are accurately identified and that all necessary permits and HOA approvals are obtained before work begins. While we can assist with permits, ultimate responsibility lies with the property owner.

You must provide clear access to the work area and remove any obstacles that might interfere with installation. You are also responsible for ensuring that underground utilities are marked by calling 811 before we begin work.

Limitation of Liability

EE Albany Fencing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our business operations.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may be subject to fees to cover our costs. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your contract.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns or disputes regarding our services, please contact us directly so we can work to resolve the issue. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be handled in accordance with Oregon state law.
